A Nomad Lost at Sea

A little bit of information regarding this photo I learned recently, the boat “The Nomad” was a fishing vessel owned by Joe Redington Sr., the Father of the Iditarod. It broke free of its moorings during the 1964 earthquake and has been resting here ever since.
